Reporting a bug
A useful bug report takes two minutes to write and saves days of guessing. Please include:
- The app name and the version number, which appears on the app settings or about screen.
- Your device model and Android version.
- What you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the problem is visible on screen.
Requesting a feature
Tell us the problem rather than the solution. Describing the situation you are stuck in is far more useful than naming a specific button, because there is often a simpler fix than the one that first comes to mind.
Press and partnerships
For interviews, review copies, or collaboration proposals, write to the same address with the word PRESS in the subject line. Logos, icons, and screenshots for editorial use are available on request.
What we cannot help with
We do not lend money, arrange loans, recover funds, or intervene in disputes with lenders or banks. Our apps are calculators and educational references. If you are dealing with a lending dispute, contact the financial regulator or the consumer protection agency in [Your Country] — they have authority that we do not.
